About Me
Watching my baby grow and discover the world has given me a perspective I hadn’t considered before - that of being a mom who is responsible for the care and upbringing of a new life while remaining challenged and continuing to learn skills that will ensure I remain engaged with the world outside of motherhood. Call it a mompreneur, a super mom, a career mom, if you will.
Labels aside, I know that I love spending time with my baby every day and I love tinkering with technology to bring my ideas to live. I love the person you become when you are traveling in a foreign country and I love food…all types of it except for raw onions and sea urchin. I am addicted to cheese and dark chocolate. I can spend hours editing photos but not straightening out my finances. Family time is precious. My favourite colours is green…something I only found out when my four-year-old niece asked me and I had to pick one! My favourite activities to do with my baby are swimming and singing. I sang once in a band called the ‘J2EE Street Band’. I should think about how lucky I am more often. (You can see my Kiva lending profile here.)
And I love little girls dressed in pretty dresses, which is why I have a smocked dress business with my mom and sister - PerryWinkles Kids.
